Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking motivated individuals to join our production team on the processing line. You will cut, trim, package, and inspect poultry products, working in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on safety and quality.

Roles require teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to biosecurity standards. The position offers Monday–Friday scheduling with some weekend work, a base hourly rate of $15.35 plus a $2.00 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts, and a perfect attendance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly; good communication; follow simple instructions; team player.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the production line using tools and equipment.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Keep a clean, safe, organized work area and follow safety guidelines.
