Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree with relevant coursework preferred.
• Minimum one year in manufacturing; three years in food manufacturing or poultry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production line/department personnel to follow policies (HACCP, SSOPs, GMPs) and regulations (USDA, OSHA).
• Manage procedures to meet schedules, increase efficiency and budgets.
• Coordinate staffing rotations to optimize production and ergonomics.
• Ensure accurate daily reporting (attendance, yields, department reports).
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and reduce deficiencies; lead improvement projects.
