Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Hourly associate to work on the processing line, performing cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspection to meet safety and quality standards. You will operate equipment and keep a clean, orderly work area.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience: Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: multitask, good communication, and team player.
• Physical: able to stand for long hours in cool temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the line per USDA and Pilgrim's standards.
• Monitor equipment; report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Keep work area clean and follow safety, food safety, and animal welfare rules.
• Support teammates and promote a positive work environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and problem-solving efforts.
• Flexibly perform tasks in different production areas as needed.
