Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring for Production Hourly roles on our Texas processing line. You will cut, trim, package, and inspect poultry to meet strict safety and quality standards while operating equipment and keeping your area clean. This is a fast-paced team environment focused on accuracy and safety.

The schedule is Monday–Friday with some weekend work. Benefits begin after 60 days, including medical, vision and dental, plus 401(k) with match and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience: Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: multitask, good communication, teamwork.
• Physical: able to lift 50 lbs, stand 8-11 hours.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the line per USDA standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Support team by sharing skills and promoting a positive atmosphere.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving.
• Perform other duties to meet production goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility across production areas.
