Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years in a similar manufacturing environment.
• Associates degree with 2+ years in a similar manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production supervisors and train staff to maximize quality and productivity.
• Ensure safety, support reporting requirements, and maintain USDA standards.
• Improve processes to meet schedules, efficiency and budgets.
• Lead safety programs, HACCP, SSOPs, GMPs, and continuous improvement.
