Job summary

Wayne Farms is seeking a Line Associate to support poultry processing operations on the production line, including disassembly tasks as assigned. You will rotate across workstations and ensure processes align with quality and safety standards.

The role requires the ability to work non-standard shifts, comply with PPE protocols, and follow company policies, with an emphasis on maintaining a clean, efficient work environment on the line.

Qualifications

• Basic experience in poultry processing or related tasks.
• Follows safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform production tasks on poultry processing lines, including debone or evisceration.
• Comply with Company policies, agency guidelines (NCC Animal Welfare, USDA), and legal requirements.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE (e.g., non-slip footwear, earplugs, hair/beard nets, hardhats) at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
