Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC is seeking a Line Associate to join our poultry processing team. You will disassemble poultry and perform a variety of tasks as you rotate along the production line.

This role operates on first shift (7:30 am–4:30 pm) or second shift (4:30 pm–1:30 am) with a $1,000 sign-on bonus for the second shift and benefits available from day one. On-the-job training is provided to ensure safe, efficient operation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous poultry experience preferred.
• Must follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Able to work non-standard shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble poultry and perform processing tasks on production line.
• Follow policies and guidelines (NCC Animal Welfare, USDA) and legal requirements.
• Wear PPE and maintain safety to promote zero-accident culture.
• Perform additional relevant duties as assigned.
