Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a Line Associate to join our production team on the poultry line. You will contribute to disassembly of poultry and rotate through tasks such as debone or evisceration while adhering to company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous poultry experience preferred.
• Must follow safety protocols and wear PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow company policies and agency guidelines (e.g., USDA) and legal requirements.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
• Perform additional relevant duties as assigned.
