Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC in Tyler, Texas is hiring a Line Associate responsible for disassembling poultry and performing a variety of processing tasks as the production line rotates. The role supports safety standards and quality procedures on a fast-paced line.

Shift hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with hourly pay at $18.85. Benefits begin on day one, and training is provided to bring new hires up to speed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in poultry processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform production related tasks surrounding poultry processing such as debone or evisceration.
• Perform duties in compliance with company policies, USDA guidelines, and legal requirements.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE as required to promote a zero-accident culture.
• Perform additional relevant duties as assigned.
