Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms is hiring for a Line Associate on the production line. The role involves disassembly of poultry and rotating through various processing tasks on the line. Training starts on Day 1 with pay for first and second shifts.

Responsibilities include debone or evisceration and strict adherence to safety and animal welfare guidelines. Applicants should have a High School diploma or equivalent preferred and may have prior poultry experience.

Qualifications

• Previous poultry experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a wet and cold environment.
• Willingness to rotate through production line tasks.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform production related tasks on poultry processing lines such as debone or evisceration.
• Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE including non-slip footwear, earplugs, hair and beard nets, and hardhats.
• Comply with company policies, agency guidelines (NCC Animal Welfare, USDA) and local laws.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
