Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a Line Associate to assist with poultry disassembly and rotation on the production line. The role involves performing a variety of poultry processing tasks and adhering to company policies and safety guidelines.

The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a wet, noisy environment with exposure to raw poultry and odors. Training begins on day one, with benefits discussed during onboarding.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous poultry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform production related tasks surrounding poultry processing such as debone or evisceration
• Perform all duties in compliance with Company policies and procedures, agency guidelines (i.e. NCC Animal Welfare, U.S.D.A, etc.) and Federal, State and local legal requirements
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly at all times in areas requiring PPE
• Perform additional relevant duties as assigned
