You will operate on a moving conveyor, perform packing/weighing, inspect for quality, and collaborate with the team to follow LEAN and plant policies while ensuring safety and efficiency on the line.

Responsibilities

• Moves on a moving conveyor belt and supports packing and weighing.
• Inspects and removes products not meeting standards.
• Collaborates with the Team to implement quality, LEAN, and safety policies.
• Follows Simmons operating systems and plant policies.
