Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms is hiring a Line Associate to support poultry processing on the production line. The role involves disassembly and related tasks as the line rotates through duties in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts run 1st and 2nd with corresponding pay rates; candidates should be able to work non-standard shifts, weekends, and holidays, and comply with safety guidelines and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous poultry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform production tasks such as debone or evisceration.
• Follow all company policies, agency guidelines and legal requirements.
• Wear and maintain PPE (e.g., non-slip footwear, earplugs, hair/beard nets, hardhats) as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
