Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC in North Carolina seeks a Line Associate to disassemble poultry and rotate through the production line, performing tasks on the line and supporting production goals.

The role includes on-the-job training, benefits from Day 1, and requires adherence to safety rules, PPE usage, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while working in a wet, noisy environment and non-standard shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous poultry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform production related tasks surrounding poultry processing such as debone or evisceration
• Perform all duties in compliance with Company policies and procedures, agency guidelines (i.e. NCC Animal Welfare, U.S.D.A, etc.) and Federal, State and local legal requirements
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly at all times in areas requiring PPE
• Perform additional relevant duties as assigned
