Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC is seeking a Line Associate to support the poultry processing line with duties including disassembly and related tasks as team members rotate on the production line. Training is provided on the job, and the position requires the ability to work non-standard shifts, with potential overtime in weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous poultry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform production related tasks surrounding poultry processing such as debone or evisceration.
• Perform all duties in compliance with Company policies and procedures and applicable guidelines (NCC Animal Welfare, USDA, etc.).
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE (e.g. non-slip footwear, earplugs, hair and beard nets, hardhats) correctly in areas requiring PPE.
