Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms is hiring a Line Associate to disassemble poultry and rotate through multiple production line tasks. Responsibilities include debone or evisceration, adhering to company policies and safety regulations, and operating under USDA and NCC guidelines.

The role requires minimal education with a preference for a High School diploma or equivalent and prior poultry experience. Strong safety awareness and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are expected; benefits begin Day 1.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous poultry experience preferred.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform production-related tasks surrounding poultry processing such as debone or evisceration.
• Perform all duties in compliance with Company policies and procedures, agency guidelines (e.g. NCC Animal Welfare, USDA) and Federal, State and local requirements.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE correctly at all times in areas requiring PPE to promote a zero-accident culture.
• Perform additional relevant duties as assigned.
