Job summary

Wayne Farms in North Carolina is seeking a Line Associate to support poultry processing on the production line, including disassembly work as assigned. You will rotate through tasks on the line and contribute to efficient operations.

Responsibilities include debone or evisceration duties, adherence to safety policies and USDA guidelines, and wearing required PPE. The role requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and to work non-standard shifts in a wet and cold environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous poultry experience preferred.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform production tasks such as debone or evisceration on the line.
• Follow all company policies, agency guidelines, and legal requirements.
• Wear PPE and follow safety protocols to promote a zero-accident culture.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
