Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a Line Associate for poultry processing on our production line. The role involves disassembly and a range of tasks on the line, rotating duties as required. You must follow company policies and federal guidelines, and wear PPE to maintain a zero-accident culture.

Prior poultry experience is preferred, with a High School diploma or equivalent as a plus. The position includes on-the-job training and safety protocols to protect employees in a loud, cold environment

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous poultry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform production related tasks surrounding poultry processing such as debone or evisceration.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly at all times.
• Perform all duties in compliance with Company policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines (NCC Animal Welfare, USDA, etc.).
• Perform additional relevant duties as assigned.
