Wayne Farms LLC in Dobson, NC is seeking a Poultry Processor to join our team. The role focuses on slaughtering poultry missed by automated processes and preparing birds for disassembly, in compliance with safety and animal welfare guidelines.

You will work nights and weekends, stand up to 8 hours, and handle production equipment and odor. We require reliability, the ability to work unsupervised, and a solid work ethic; PPE is provided and safety rules must be followed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours.
• Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character.

Responsabilités

• Slit neck of poultry missed by automated killing process in preparation for disassembly.
• Perform all work in compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
