Job summary

You will monitor birds during loading, perform routine maintenance, and work as part of a team to meet production goals while adhering to safety and BEST practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with large moving equipment preferred.
• Ability to obtain forklift license.
• Poultry/food processing industry experience preferred.
• Able to work in extreme temperatures and with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader or Moffett forklift to load and unload cages.
• Direct operations in farms or poultry plants for loading poultry onto trailers.
• Monitor loaded birds to prevent bruising and mortality.
• Perform routine maintenance and monitor fluid levels on equipment.
• Participate as a team member and adhere to BEST practices to achieve goals.
