Responsibilities

• Set up the debone area with coolant, tubs and transportation of combos.
• Transport finished product to the scales and the manifest area.
• Move product to be reworked.
• Maintain forklift in sanitary condition and replace battery when needed.
• Follow directions and work with supervisors; assist other departments as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
