Responsibilities

• Manually gathers poultry to be loaded onto trucks by setting up curtains and directing poultry to trucks.
• Lloads poultry into cages following company standards to minimize bruising.
• Participates as a member of the Team and aligns with BEST practices and team policies.
• Communicates effectively with team and leadership; supports execution of the annual plan and budget.
• Performs other duties as needed to support business objectives and maintain operations.
