Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer
• No additional job gaps in employment greater than 6 months in the past 36 months
• Rehire criteria: minimum waiting period of 180 days

Responsibilities

• Attend to and care for the roosters and hens in a Pedigree house
• Maintain the overall condition of the house and gather eggs for incubation
• Perform routine housekeeping and sanitation duties
• Weigh, feed, and monitor birds and egg production
• Record egg numbers, weights, medications, feed intake and mortality
• Follow safety policies and company biosecurity guidelines
