Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no additional job gaps in employment greater than 6 months in the past 36 months.
• Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days.
• Rehire Rule of no more than 3 times worked at Cobb/Tyson Foods.

Responsibilities

• Attend to and care for the roosters and hens in a Laying house, maintain the overall condition of the house, and gather eggs for incubation.
• Perform routine housekeeping duties and sanitation per Daily Checklist.
• Feed and water birds according to schedules and monitor feed distribution.
• Weigh birds weekly, record weights, and monitor health and mortality.
