Qualifications

• 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer
• No employment gaps greater than 6 months in the past 36 months
• Rehire criteria: 180 days waiting period
• Rehire rule: no more than 3 times at Cobb/Tyson Foods

Responsibilities

• Attend to and care for roosters and hens in the laying house
• Maintain house condition and gather eggs for incubation
• Perform routine housekeeping and sanitation tasks
• Feed and water birds according to schedules and monitor weights
• Record egg numbers, weights, medications, and mortality
• Follow biosecurity and safety guidelines
