Job summary

Lallemand Animal Nutrition is seeking a Poultry Business Development Manager to drive growth in the poultry sector. You will develop and execute market and customer strategies, strengthening the company’s presence with integrators, feed manufacturers, distributors and producers.

You will translate scientific expertise into differentiated value propositions, manage a robust pipeline, and support trials, value proofs and launches. Travel within the territory and beyond is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level or higher in veterinary/animal science or related field.
Strong understanding of poultry production, health, nutrition and performance.
Fluent business English, both written and spoken.
Valid driving licence where required by the role.
Experience engaging with poultry integrators, feed manufacturers, distributors or related organisations.

Responsibilities

Consolidate and expand Lallemand Animal Nutrition’s poultry business within the assigned territory.
Lead development and execution of market and customer strategies aligned with regional and global priorities.
Strengthen presence across the poultry value chain and accelerate adoption of microbial solutions.
Identify and convert new business opportunities while building long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
Develop account plans, lead commercial discussions, support trials and value proofs, and contribute to launches.
Collaborate with Sales, Technical Services, Marketing, Product Management and R&D to align local needs with capabilities.
