Job summary

Devenish Nutrition Ltd seeks a dynamic Poultry Account Manager to drive growth in the layer segment across the United States. This field-based, consultative role blends nutrition science with strategic sales to build partnerships with egg producers, pullet growers, feed mills, and integrated poultry companies.

You will identify opportunities, deliver science-backed programs, and use digital tools to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in poultry nutrition, layer production, or agricultural sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Animal Science, Poultry Science, Nutrition, Agriculture Business).
• Established network within commercial egg or pullet industry.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in territory-based roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow layer accounts through targeted business development and strategic proposals.
• Serve as primary relationship contact for portfolio of layer accounts, including egg producers and pullet growers.
• Provide technical nutritional support and co-develop feed programs with nutritionists.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Operations, Logistics, and Accounting to ensure orders and customer experience meet Devenish’s standards.
