Job summary

Aviagen is seeking a Technical Manager to deliver customer-focused technical support that improves flock performance, optimizes product outcomes, and strengthens long-term customer relationships.

The role partners with commercial and specialist teams to translate technical expertise into measurable customer and business results. Extensive travel and cross-functional collaboration are required to drive performance and product improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in a technical or customer-facing role.
• Strong poultry industry knowledge (Grandparent, Parent Stock, Broiler).
• CRM experience; Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
• Strong English; Arabic/French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and manage relationships with regular technical visits.
• Provide data-driven feedback to optimize flock performance.
• Deliver high-quality technical support as part of a customer-focused team.
• Develop and monitor customer improvement plans and product improvements.
• Prepare monthly technical reports and ensure CRM data accuracy.
• Collaborate with commercial, regional, and product teams for aligned actions.
