Job summary

InterFlex Acquisition Co LLC and Their Recruiting Partners is seeking a Pouch Machine Operator to run pouch equipment in alignment with production schedules and quality standards. You will perform setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance while maintaining a clean work area and strict adherence to safety policies.

Responsibilities include conducting quality checks, documenting results, and communicating with relief staff and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read a tape measure in millimeters and inches.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Familiar with pouch machines and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate pouch machines to meet production schedules and ensure quality standards.
• Set up, adjust, and run pouch machines per manufacturing orders; perform minor maintenance.
• Conduct quality checks and tests to verify conformance.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow waste standards.
• Communicate essential information to relief associates and supervisors.
• Read manufacturing orders and specifications to guide operations.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as required by the shift.
