Job summary

Interflex-Acquisition-Company-LLC is seeking a Pouch Machine Operator to operate pouch machines and meet production schedules in the Pouch Department.

You will perform setup, adjustments, and minor maintenance, ensure quality checks, and maintain a clean work area in compliance with BRC standards. This role requires reading manufacturing orders and specs, lifting up to 50 pounds, and collaborating with teammates to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Ability to read a tape measure in millimeters and inches, PDFs, and drawings.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and operate pouch equipment.

Responsibilities

• Be proactive in recognizing and resolving problems.
• Communicate information to your relief associate clearly.
• Set up, adjust and run pouch machines per manufacturing orders.
• Perform minor maintenance and adjustments to pouch machines.
• Maintain production waste standards and keep area tidy.
• Adhere to BRC housekeeping and cleanliness standards.
