You will collaborate with team members to meet high-quality standards while maintaining GMP compliance. Responsibilities include feeding materials, reading job orders, and verifying outputs.

Qualifications

• Analytical, technical, mechanical, and problem-solving skills.

• 2-4 years of experience as a Machine Operator.
• Training and hands-on experience in safety techniques and requirements.
• Training and hands-on experience with specific machinery.
• Knowledge of various types of machinery operation.
• Trained to handle measurement devices and tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate horizontal pouch machines and high-speed equipment.
• Perform machine setup, changeovers and preventive maintenance.
• Read and follow job orders and maintain logs.
• Inspect the machine outputs for quality and report results.
• Communicate with team and support groups to sustain production.
• Maintain housekeeping, sanitation and GMP compliance.
• Adhere to safety requirements to maintain a safe work environment.
• Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment to minimize unplanned stops.
• Determine materials and resources needed.
