Job summary

The position requires experience with processing equipment, forklift certification, and adherence to GMPs and safety regulations in a food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working around processing equipment required.
• Trained and proficient at production floor duties, sanitation and machine operation.
• Forklift Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate drums, dryers and sorters to maintain product quality.
• Read and respond to control interfaces on processing equipment.
• Monitor temperatures, cook times and equipment settings for consistent product.
• Maintain clean work area and follow GMPs and safety rules.
• Input data into inventory and production systems and complete paperwork.
