Job summary

Idahoan Foods, LLC is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator I to ensure safe, efficient operation of the packaging line, maintain food quality, and support uptime and waste reduction across vertical, horizontal, and carton processes.

You will set up machines, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot minor issues, and coordinate with Sanitation and Quality teams for line changeovers, while recording data in the ERP and following all safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in packaging operations or with similar equipment.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and minor adjustments on machinery.
• English or Spanish language proficiency to understand procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machinery and monitor up to two processes.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure clean, safe work area.
• Conduct line changeovers with Sanitation and Quality teams.
• Maintain ERP inventory records and document quality checks.
• Train new employees and support line leadership.
