The Idahoan Foods, LLC Production Operator will ensure the production line and equipment operate safely, efficiently and to spec, handling drums, dryers and sorters while maintaining high product quality.

Responsibilities include GMP adherence, safety, data entry in the inventory system, and collaboration with quality and maintenance teams. The role requires physical stamina, forklift operation and the ability to read and follow precise procedures in a fast-paced plant.

Qualificações

• Experience operating processing equipment and following SOPs.
• Read, interpret, and record process data accurately.
• Work collaboratively with quality and maintenance teams.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to GMPs and safety regulations.
• Operate drums, dryers and sorters to maintain product quality.
• Read and adjust control screens; monitor temperatures and feed rates.
• Maintain product flow by loading raw material and monitoring cook times.
• Record data and complete paperwork in a timely manner.
• Move product using forklift and assist with area sanitation.
