Job summary

The State of Georgia is seeking an Architectural and Engineering Drawing Technology Instructor for Chattahoochee Technical College. You will teach Arch. and Eng. Drawing Tech courses, develop course syllabi, goals, and objectives, and evaluate student progress toward learning outcomes.

Responsibilities include maintaining required documentation, Advisement, tutoring, and serving on college committees. The role may involve instruction on multiple campuses and relocation as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or Design field OR Diploma in Drafting AND Bachelor’s in related field.
• Experience with AutoCAD and computer-assisted drafting.
• Postsecondary teaching experience with instructional technology or student advisement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instruct Arch. and Eng. Drawing Tech courses; develop syllabi, goals, and objectives; evaluate student progress.
• Prepare and maintain documentation; advise and tutor students; participate in college committees and recruitment/retention efforts.
