Job summary

Chattahoochee Technical College on the Marietta Campus is seeking a Math Instructor to teach undergraduate-level mathematics, design syllabi, and monitor student progress. The role involves advising, tutoring, and contributing to college initiatives while serving on committees as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mathematics from a regionally accredited four-year college or university with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in mathematics coursework.
• One-year full-time paid teaching experience.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills along with excellent computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach all aspects of instruction for academic math courses and develop course syllabi, goals, and objectives.
• Evaluate students’ progress in attaining goals and objectives; prepare and maintain documentation and reports.
• Participate in staff development activities, advisement, tutoring, and college initiatives; recruit and retain students.
