Job summary

ProMedica’s Toledo Hospital in Obstetrics LDRP is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a night shift. You will coordinate patient care plans, assess needs, implement plans, and collaborate with families and health care teams to improve outcomes in a compassionate environment.

Required: current RN license in Ohio, CPR certification, and ongoing continuing education. A BSN is preferred, and the hospital supports professional development and patient-centred care across a mission-driven

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training.
• Twenty-four contact hours of continuing education during licensure period; at least 1 hour related to Ohio nurse practice code and rules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plan with patient, family and health care team.
• Assess nursing needs, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Communicate openly to improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
