Qualifications

• Requires Associate Degree in Nursing and RN license.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient's physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs and plan care.
• Develop and implement patient care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Perform interventions including IVs, wound care, meds, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Maintain accurate patient charts and use IT to communicate and support decisions.
• Advocate for patient safety and provide family education.
