Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma. RN License in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Endorsement acceptable in some cases.
• Current RN licensure in participating state or compact license.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs and plan care.
• Develop and implement patient care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Perform therapeutic interventions (IVs, wounds, meds, catheterization, specimen collection).
• Maintain accurate charts and use IT to document and communicate.
• Educate patients and families and advocate for patient safety.
