Providence Swedish Issaquah is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead a nursing unit with accountability for clinical and operational activities in line with our mission and values.

You will oversee patient-focused, whole-person care and guide a team of caregivers, ensuring quality and adherence to standards across shifts. Requires BSN/ADN with commitment to BSN, WA RN licensure, BLS, and 3 years of relevant nursing leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree: BSN from an accredited school of nursing, or ADN and a commitment to obtain a BSN within two years of hire.
• Washington Registered Nurse License.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 3 years of recent experience in a related clinical area of nursing.
• Must meet the criteria of a Registered Nurse.

Responsabilités

• Oversee management and leadership of a unit or group of patient care units within Nursing Services.
• Direct all clinical and operational activities of the units in accordance with Swedish Medical Center's mission, vision, and values.
• Support a culture of patient-focused, whole-person care and empower team members.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and maintain high-quality patient care.
