Job summary

Swedish Issaquah, part of Providence, seeks an experienced Nursing Manager to provide leadership for a group of patient care units within Nursing Services. The manager oversees all clinical and operational activities in alignment with Swedish Medical Center's mission, vision, and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing (BSN) or ADN with commitment to obtain BSN within two years of hire
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• 3 years of recent nursing experience
• Must meet criteria of a Registered Nurse

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree: BSN from an accredited school of nursing, or ADN and a commitment to obtain a BSN within two years of hire.
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 3 years of recent experience in a related clinical area of nursing.
• Must meet the criteria of a Registered Nurse.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree: Nursing or a related field.
• 1 year of first-line management experience.
