Job summary

Providence Swedish Cherry Hill is seeking an experienced Nursing Manager to oversee a group of patient care units within Nursing Services. You will lead clinical and operational activities in alignment with the system's mission, vision, and values while supporting a culture of patient-focused, whole-person care.

The role requires a BSN (or ADN with BSN within two years), Washington RN license, BLS, and at least 3 years of related nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in BSN from an accredited school of nursing, or ADN and a commitment to obtain BSN within two years of date of hire.
• Washington Registered Nurse License at hire.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association at hire.
• 3 years of recent experience in related clinical area of nursing.
• Must meet criteria of Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical and operational activities of the nursing units.
• Provide leadership aligned with Swedish Medical Center's mission, vision, and values.
• Foster a culture of patient-focused, whole-person care and empower the nursing team.
