Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• Washington RN license upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.
• 3 years of recent nursing experience in a related area.

Responsibilities

• Lead the L&D unit and manage clinical operations 24/7.
• Develop and monitor unit-based quality improvement programs.
• Collaborate with W&C leadership to achieve goals.
• Coach and develop staff; focus on patient and caregiver experience.
