Job summary

Point32Health is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Population Medicine, in collaboration with Harvard Medical School and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Institute. The role centers on lifecourse health studies using Project Viva data.

You will analyze large datasets, prepare manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals, and contribute to team research directions under renowned faculty. Remote work options may be available; base salary is competitive with benefits.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Epidemiology, Nutrition, Environmental Health, or related field.
• Quantitative analytical skills and experience analyzing large data sets.
• Proficiency in SAS, STATA, or R.
• At least one first author publication preferred.
• Interest or experience in Developmental Origins of Health and Disease or women's health is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Self-motivated and able to work well independently, while also working well with teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex data from multiple sources (survey, environmental, dietary, research visit data).
• Present analysis results to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Prepare articles for peer‑reviewed publications and reports.
• Participate in team meetings to shape existing research projects.
• Develop new research ideas or help prepare proposals.
• Collaborate with others and contribute ideas to daily work.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
