• Fundamental knowledge of statistics and a statistical software (Stata, R, SAS).

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing cohort study and real-world datasets (administrative claims or EHR) under HMS faculty mentorship.
• Write research protocols, conduct analyses, interpret results, and prepare manuscripts.
• Participate in career development activities and seek independent funding opportunities during the fellowship.
• Complete special projects as assigned and contribute to team productivity.
