Qualifications

PhD or equivalent degree in genetics, epidemiology, biostatistics, bioinformatics, or a related quantitative field.
Strong publication record.
Strong research interests in genetic epidemiology, pharmacogenomics, statistical genetics, or population genetics and experience in statistical and computational analyses of high-throughput omics data.
Ability to code in one or more scientific programming languages (e.g., R, Python, C/C++)
Excellent communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join the laboratory of Dr. Yadav Sapkota, focusing on pharmacogenomics of long-term toxicities of cancer therapy in childhood cancer survivors.
Work on genetic association analyses (GWAS/WES/PRS) and multi-omics data to elucidate health outcomes.
Collaborate across epidemiology, genomics, biostatistics, and computational biology to analyze large datasets from childhood cancer survivors.
Gain training in genetic epidemiology and pharmacogenomics with access to core facilities and resources.
