Thecentermemphis is looking for a postdoctoral research associate in the Department of Biostatistics. You will collaborate with faculty on innovative biostatistical methods for childhood cancer survivorship, focusing on survival analysis and machine learning.
This role requires a Ph.D. in biostatistics or related fields, along with strong communication and computational skills. You'll work with leading databases in pediatric survivorship research and receive excellent mentoring and development opportunities.
A postdoctoral research associate position is available in the Department of Biostatistics.
As a fellow you will join our faculty in the Department of Biostatistics and work closely with a biostatistics faculty collaborating with the Childhood Cancer Survivorship Program (CCSP). You will develop innovative biostatistical methods for childhood cancer survivorship research and collaborate with CCSP investigators. Biostatistics methods will include complex survival analysis, longitudinal analysis, machine learning, and causal inference. Successful applicants will have excellent communication skills and a Ph.D. in biostatistics, statistics, or a closely related field. Applicants must have experience in applied or method research in survival analysis, a strong computational background and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
