Job summary

The Jiang Lab at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, New York, seeks a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow with expertise in mammalian cell culture, transfection, electroporation, and genome editing experiments. The role includes cell-based assays, mouse models, and potentially in vivo delivery strategies to advance CRISPR tools for gene therapy.

Qualifications

• PhD degree.
• Experience in mammalian cell culture, transfection, electroporation, cell-based assays including FACS and cell imaging, or/and stem cell culture and differentiation.
• Proficient experience with molecular biology-related experiments, such as cloning, and mouse experiments.
• Proofs of the ability to independently lead a project.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
