Qualifications

• PhD (or near completion) in molecular biology, genetics, biochemistry, biomedical engineering or related field.
• Strong background in molecular biology, genomics, cell biology, or bioengineering with CRISPR or single-cell multi-omic assays.
• Proficient in computational genomics analysis using R and/or Python.
• Demonstrated publication record with first-author papers, preprints or patents.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize technologies for single-cell multi-omics including high-throughput CRISPR genetic perturbation screens.
• Interpret and analyze complex single-cell genomics data using diverse analytical and AI-based methods.
• Collaborate with academic and scientific partners to advance new platforms.
• Publish primary research in high-impact journals and present findings at conferences.
