The Musolino Laboratory in the Center for Genomic Medicine at the Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School, seeks a highly motivated post-doctoral Research Fellow. The position focuses on gene therapy innovations for rare vascular conditions and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team in a stimulating environment.

Formación

• Ph.D. in a relevant biological field with first (or co-first) author publications.
• Experience or high capacity to learn mammalian cell culture and genome editing.
• Experience with molecular genomics techniques (PCR, qPCR, RNAseq).
• Ability to supervise and train staff, and to work both independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Perform CRISPR-based genome editing using established protocols.
• Design, execute, and interpret research experiments in genomic medicine.
• Maintain detailed laboratory records and organize data for publications.
• Contribute to research presentations at meetings and collaboratively train staff.
